Apostolopoulos

Andreas

Andreas Apostolopoulos, LL.M. (Lancaster University), is a founding member of AT LAW – ATHENS FIRM, established in 2011 and based in Athens (Didotou 38). The firm specializes in real estate, commercial law, corporate law, and public contracts.

In 1997, he was one of the first lawyers to engage with the National Land Registry as a Legal Advisor for the Technical – Research Office. He was responsible for the legal processing of land registry declarations for the Cyclades Prefecture (including Mykonos, Santorini, Syros, and Milos), and provided legal recommendations to the OKCHE Committee regarding objections and appeals.

His selection for this role was based on his prior experience, beginning in 1993, as an associate lawyer in the office of the President of the Panhellenic Federation of Real Estate Owners (P.OM.ID.A.). Since then, he has continued to serve as a legal advisor to various contractors for the National Cadastre, overseeing projects throughout Greece. This includes the legal management of the registration of approximately 3 million active rights within the Municipality of Athens.

Andreas has also served as a Regular Member on ESTATE Appeals Committees established by the OKHE (Cadastre and Mapping Organization of Greece), upon recommendation by the Athens Bar Association (DSA).

Among the clients who have entrusted their real estate cases to our office is the General Accounting Office of the State.

From 2015 to 2018, he served as the Legal Advisor to the Minister of Rural Development and Food, where he addressed real estate issues under the Ministry’s jurisdiction and participated in legislative committees.

His legal work has been recognized and published in legal journals and databases, and he has contributed to public consultations on draft urban legislation.

Education: Graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace (LL.B).

From 2016 to 2021, he worked in a law firm with a focus on Civil law, with an in-depth study of property law. Since 2022, he has been working in the partnership of lawyers AT LAW – ATHENS FIRM, where he has dealt with a wide range of cases in every field of law, specializing in property law and real estate law.

Education: Graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace ( LL . B – 2001), Accredited Mediator of the Mediation Center of Piraeus (KEDIP) – Toolkit Company (Certification 2013), Diploma in Negotiations (2014) of the Athens University of Economics and Business.

He is an accredited mediator & registered in the special lists of real estate and family mediators.

From 2009 to 2016 he worked as a legal officer of the Land Registry Offices of Kifissia, Pallini and Penteli.

From 2015 to 2019 he served as a special advisor to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

Since 2019, he provides legal support in the land registration study of the Attica Islands.

From 2019 to 2022 he provided legal support to the Study for the Adjustment of Land Maps due to the Review of the Municipal Communities of the Regional Unit of Lesvos.

From 2021, he provides legal support as the responsible legal officer of the Land Registry Offices of Rethymno.
