(Lancaster University), is a founding member of <strong>AT LAW \u2013 ATHENS FIRM<\/strong>, established in 2011 and based in Athens (Didotou 38). The firm specializes in <strong>real estate, commercial law, corporate law,<\/strong> <strong>and public contracts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In <strong>1997<\/strong>, he <strong>was one of the first lawyers<\/strong> to engage with the <strong>National Land Registry<\/strong> as a <strong>Legal Advisor for the Technical &#8211; Research Office.<\/strong> He was responsible for the legal processing of land registry declarations for the Cyclades Prefecture (including Mykonos, Santorini, Syros, and Milos), and provided legal recommendations to the OKCHE Committee regarding objections and appeals.<\/p>\n<p>His selection for this role was based on his prior experience, beginning in <strong>1993,<\/strong> as an associate lawyer in the office of the President of the Panhellenic Federation of Real Estate Owners (P.OM.ID.A.). Since then, he has continued to serve as a legal advisor to various contractors for the National Cadastre, overseeing projects throughout Greece.
